1. About These Terms
These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed on Gandy.Jewelry with Gandy Jewelry, Unit 1015 Park Royal Shopping Centre South, West Vancouver, British Columbia V7T 1A1, Canada. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Shipping policies form part of these terms.
2. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy the items in your cart. The order confirmation email you receive after payment confirms that we have received your order and payment; it is not our acceptance of the order.
Your order is accepted, and a contract of sale is formed, when we ship the items to you or tell you that they are ready for in-store pickup.
3. One-of-a-Kind Pieces
Most of our pieces are one of a kind, and the same piece may also be offered in our store. If an item is sold before your order is accepted, we will contact you, cancel the order and refund the full amount you paid.
4. Prices and Pricing Errors
Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout.
We work hard to show accurate prices and product details, but errors can happen. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order before it is accepted, even after payment has been taken. We will tell you as soon as we find the error and refund the full amount you paid. Where possible, we will also offer you the item at its correct price.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full card details. Payment is taken when you place your order.
6. Taxes and Duties
Applicable Canadian sales taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
For orders shipped outside Canada, import duties, customs fees and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable.
7. Shipping, Pickup and Risk
Delivery dates are estimates only. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when the item is delivered to the shipping address you gave us, or when you collect it from our store.
For in-store pickup, we will contact you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID; we may ask the cardholder to be present.
8. Cancelling an Order
You may cancel your order at no cost before it ships or is collected by emailing
info@gandy.jewelry with your order reference.
We may cancel an order before acceptance if the item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or product error, or if we suspect fraud or unauthorized use of a payment method. In every case we refund the full amount you paid.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns are handled under our
Return & Exchange policy. Custom-made and engraved items are made to your order and are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for a refund to appear on your statement.
10. Your Legal Rights
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you, including the British Columbia
Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
12. Misuse of the Website
Any attempt to bypass or manipulate our website's ordering, pricing or payment process, or to use malware or any other means to hack, disrupt or damage the website's software or hardware, is strictly prohibited.
We will block any access associated with such activity. Any order placed through such means is void and will not be honoured.
Any payment card used in such activity will be permanently added to our blocklist, and no sales or services of Gandy Jewelry will be provided to that card.
Gandy Jewelry reserves the right to take legal action and to report such activity to the appropriate authorities.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
